Panel
Drop-off
A delivery truck arrives to drop off the SIPS panels needed for the roof
deck.
Wall
Construction
The UCS crew assembles a sidewall for
the octagon, as specified in the architectural
prints.
Arches
and Purlins
After assembly of the arches and purlins,
the structure is ready for the assembly
of the sidewalls and roof deck.
Hub
and Arches
The steel connecting hub is the element which lies at the apex of the
structure. In addition, the arches are wrapped in a protective
covering, to hedge against damage during the construction process.
Basement
Foundation
Many congregations choose to place
their structures on a walkout basement. This
was the case with Trinity Faith Tabernacle.
Interior
Shot
Like many UCS structures, the rich
laminated arches are an accentuating element
within the interior of one of our octagons.
